First, I would take the battery back to the store and ask for it to be checked to see if it is still good (full power) - or - ask for a replacement...if that does not make the difference in the HRM than I would take the monitor back to the store you got it from (with the receipts for the batteries to prove your innocence)…

Level 1 Day 1 complete! Whew! Didn't find it to be too bad except for the push-ups, and the bicycle...I always did that one fast - what a diff when you do it slow! Looking forward to tomorrow...I think! LOL
-
I just started the 30DS today! I made it through, but wow I hate pushups, and ya that bicycle thing is WAY harder when you have to go that slow at it! I have been reading all the posts that you ladies have been putting on, and I don't know if I am Excited, or Scared now!!! LOL. I will definitely try my best tho. Thanks for…

Ok, I am totally pumped to get this started today! I gained a couple pounds over the weekend in celebrating my B-day so gotta get back on track! Weight -142 lb waist - 33 hips - 37.5 bust - 38.5 arms (L) - 11 (RT) - 11 thighs (L) - 21.5 (RT) - 21 Here is hoping I can stick with this and make some serious changes!

I'm in! I need this...have been letting things slip the last few days. :(
-
The plan is 30 days straight for me...but I heard this DVD can get pretty intense. So, if my body is saying no, then I will take a day off! I am doing other exercises on the side as well so I am not worried.
-
Calories! I'm trying to loose the weight, but I would think that it would be good for both.

So far this week has been pretty good for this challenge. 100 squats...I haven't done yet, but I did a new exercise (for me) last night so I will flip the two. My son talked me into doing the Fit for Soccer PRO on my PS3 DVD. OMG! That had to have been the hardest one I have done on the DVD so far...way too much running!…

I am in too! I was already planning to buy it this weekend anyway!

I have been wondering myself, what I will need to do once I hit my goal weight. I am only 15 lbs away now. I know from past attempts in loosing weight (over the last couple of years) that once I step away from MFP I stop watching my calorie intake and I stop exercising - then gain the weight back...so i know that I will…

I have much the same problem. My clothes are old and worn and I tend to buy the blah stuff because I really don't want to spend the money on something new that isn't going to fit me for long anyway (since I am bound and determined to loose the weight). But recently, I have found something in me...I don't know if its…

As controlling as it may seem, don't go against his wishes. That just opens a whole new can of worms. If he wont go for the no face idea, then just take pics and hang them somewhere that you will see them all the time ...on the fridge or a mirror for example. Each time you notice a difference in weight or inches be proud…

Way to Go on the ` only 13 lbs left ` ! I'm right behind you! (15 lbs)

Monday - check Tues - check (jumping jacks) Wed - ...bitter cold n windy outside...will do indoor walking instead! How you doing?
-
Hmm not really sure, that is a hard question. LEAST favorite, now there I can probably give you a hole list like the dredded sit ups!!! Favorite - Id have to say it would be a dancing style work out, or a boxing/kickboxing type. They keep it fun, and its not just the same old same old. What about you?
-
Lost 1 LB this past week! Woo Hoo! Doesn't seem like much after doing all that work/tracking, but it all adds up in the end right! 15 LBs to go to my goal!
-
One question...STAR JUMPS - is that the same as Jumping Jacks?
-
Wow! I totally blew this week! I did squat yesterday! What was amazing to me tho was that I made this great Nacho platter for the family for supper. We all love this stuff, but by the time I was done making it, I didn't want to eat! That never happens! So, hopefully that will account for something. HaHa

It does work, but I think you will only feel the benefit of it if your body is really needing it. I used to use it when I worked midnights, and was living on only 3hrs of sleep 6 days a week, and believe me it worked...but my body was in total shut down. WARNING, this stuff is highly addictive. If you don't need things…

I like this one!

Pack some cut up veggies, yogurts etc anything small that you would normally snack on, and keep them in the little fridge in your room. That way you wont be so tempted to eat all the wrong things when you go out for a meal. Also, Keep Busy - wandering/exploring the hotel/area.

Shoveling snow for two and a half hours - does that count for arm curls???? LOL
-
You guys are HILARIOUS!! I just got my first snow fall for the season today. On my way out to shovel now, I will take some of your good advice in hand! (Like the little shovel perhaps!) LOL
-
Eek! I am not doing so well on this challenge this week. Missed the walk, and today didn't happen either :(
-
Monday - no prob Tuesday - uh, nop. I did do a few situps, 25 squats, 25 pushups, and some Pilates that involved tummy muscles if that counts at all! LOL :D Wednesday - looks promising!

Sorry, forgot to log in yesterday...141

You look fabulous! Great Job. How did you do it in just 4 mths? I gotta know!

My husband used to say that I looked like Catherine Zeta-Jones. I don't see it, her face is rounder than mine. Others remarked on it too. I think my hubby was just wantin somethin !! :blushing:
-
I am wondering the same question...because I did the same thing this week. I did good and burned alot of calories working out, but by the end of the day I ended up eating almost all of them back. To me, that feels like it will just keep my weight where it is already...but I do know about the starvation mode you are talking…

Tuesday looks hard! I'll give it a try though.
