  • I work out twice a day; in the morning before school because I've noticed it gives me more energy in the morning and I'm usually able to concentrate in class more and after school before it gets dark because I've noticed I'm a lot less motivated to work out after it gets dark.

  • nope, in fact it'll do the exact opposite. =D your body will stop storing excess water because you're giving it what it needs. i used to barely drink any and then the first day i started drinking 8 cups a day i lost 2 pounds of water weight over night.

  • if you're on a 1200 calorie diet and burn 500 calories than that means you only consumed 700 calories. whatever you burn you're supposed to subtract it from what you ate.
