so i'm currently 201 and my ultimate goal i think is to be 140 (started at 253.8)
i dont remember being 140 or 150 or 160 or 170....i remember being in the 180s but only in the last 10 yrs when i lost weight on WW after i met my husband and gained 45 the first year we were together....
anyway, my point is, i have no idea what the weight i want to be looks like so i checked out the virtual model site again and saved pics from 180-140 in 10lb increments....

this is 180

Ok i have nothing but a hate on for that website...it doesn't work for me! you just created your model and how did you save it?
  • When I did one a while ago. I used the "print screen" button to save the screen. and pasted the screen in to MSPaint and saved it that way.

Yeah I couldn't get my face to work on the uploader thing. Not sure what the deal is.

I did the same thing (in 50 pound increments) and I strung the pictures together and placed them as the background on my ticker. It's fun to see the scale (indicating pounds lost) slide down toward the goal weight sized girl.

Today I realized that the scale is between the big girl I started as and is now between her and the next sized girl. I can't always see the changes in myself but I can see it more in her and that's very motivating.

    I'm getting there.

Thumbs up to you to finding a new tool that helps you to reach your goal.

does it use your proportions or just your height and weight? Even in the med part of my healthy weight range I did not have a nip waste like that and still had flabbier upper thighs. It will depend a lot on your toning when you get to your ideal weight what you actually look like.

That girl is not me. I didn't do my own face. Lol this is just a virtual model.
  • right click on the picture and "save picture as" and put it in whatever folder you want to use.
