hmm when ur trying to lose weight you start eating healthy n healthy foods such as veggies are bulky so it takes alot of room in ur stomach bbut gives less calories but you have to make sure you eat all the calories because after 3 or 4 weeks you will start feeling hungry because all the fat will start to burn n you need…

well i have lost 4 lbs so far, my height is 5 feet exactly n mfp calculator gave me 1200 calories a day to eat but i found its too less for me so i increased it to 1300-1400 and whn i got used to it i lowered the calorie intake and i now eat 1200 calories a day

hi m 5 feet n 10 pounds looks like 20 on me cz m really short. me n my sis v bith weigh the same shez 53kg n m 53 kg also (117 lbs) shez 5.2 wid medium frame n 5 feet wid small frame n look like i dnt move at all my goal weight is 102 lbs whats yours

hmm i think for 5.3 the best weight ks 110 lbs. i went to hospital n got info da at my height 5 feet 102 is is the best weight n 2 kg above that for every inch (1kg = 2.2 lbs so 2.2 x 3 = 6.6 so ideal weight is 108- 110 if u wana b on slim side but if u wana b on chubby side thn u cn b at 120-128

nop dnt buy this too expensiv plus it duznt hv anything to support your body but at d end of d day its your choice. i use elliptical but minez got handles. its burns calories quickly compared to bike or treadmill

m sedentary n eat about 50g of protein n still llosing 2 lbs a week so you should eat more :smile:
