I was doing 4 miles on my cross trainer but didn't see any difference. I am on day 3 level 1 and already lost 0.5 inch from thighs and stomach

Thanx guys I think i'll eat a bit more like 1500-1700 calories per day x. Cant imagine myself without hair ewwwew

m 5 feet n weigh 140.5 lbs. my goal weight is 105 lbs by 12th September. i lose n gain th same weight starting exercise today whr i'll burn around 350 calories n eat 1700 calories each day. iv also usd n online weight loss predictor which tells how long it will take you to lose weight. good luck with your weight loss

brilliant. i stopped dieting n hv gone back to 63.1 kg at 5 feet. i started my diet yesterday so hoping to see some real changes in 4 months same as u, i exercise everyday for 1 hour on my cross trainer so fingers crossed. need to lose a huge 18.1 kg by the end of July

thanks all i knw slow weight loss is better but now a days every one is losing weight to g to Scarborough i wana b skinny b4 i go thr. i cnt do weight training as i dnt go to gym but i'll try my best to go and buy some dumb bells squats and push up idea is quiet good thanks everyone

dont do this r u crazy??????????? i normally burn around 200 calories but yesterday i burnt 360 and could not sleep. relax and take it easy. try losing 1 kg a week or if you are very overweight thn may be 2 but not more than that. just my opinion :) gud luck

hey gr8 your lucky if i eat a sweet i end up gaining at leadt 1 lbs in a day even a glas of juice i drink a night before stays wid me yucky

yes try doing @ least 60 min of cardio n thn do strength training 4 days a week. m stuck on last 6 kg as well, wish me luck
