It is suppose to HELP to speed up your metabolism. I used to drink it every day when I was heavy into my weight loss, but since I'm happy where I'm at, I stopped. So I guess it did work! It certainly won't hurt you to drink it every day - it was other health bennies.0

I drink green tea with the super fruits. Acai berry and something else. LOL Not sure it helps, but it is a nice alternative for me instead of snacking on sweets. And of course tea is good for us!0

I've heard it has a lot of awesome, healthy benefits, and like someone already said, it speeds up your metabolism. It also has antioxidants! I love the stuff, and so I started drinking it every day, usually in the morning since it has caffeine. Right now, I'm drinking Bigelow brand in the blueberry and pomegranate flavors. It sure doesn't HURT to drink it, so why not start?0

I drink it pretty much every day, but only because I like it. I replaced it for soda. I really have no idea if it helps or not.0

there's no downside to drinking green tea, but there hasn't been conclusive evidence in the scientific community that it speeds up your metabolism. but i assume that drinking a lot of tea helps fill you up and may help you eat less.0

I know it's not essential to weight loss since I've never had a drop. That's all I have to offer.0

i drink green tea all the time but that's because i wanted to cut down on the coffee i was drinking0

I'm a lover of green tea, too. The health benefits alone are what should make you want to drink it. The antioxidants help fight against sickness and other illnesses.0

If you're not drinking soda, then it's absolutely helping ] Soda's devil juice!0 -
I personally find better results with a pu'erh ginger combination.0

It has over all health benifits- however it will ramp up your metabolism - compared to most caffeinated drinks that are appetite suppressants. However, make it yourself- chill it. Avoid buying the premade stuff, its filled with chemicals and sugars more times often then not. I normally make a big pot of it in the morning, mix honey then chill it- have it all day.
As long as you meet the excerise needs to the increased need to eat- should be fine. I do a fasting once a month with it, to flush everything out and just feel good- as well as more spiritual reasons.0 -
It won't help much, but not as much as my special formula, yours for only $19.95 (+$40 shipping and handling)0
