hmm m wid you so lets start the challenge i'll start it from tomorow try to eat as clean as possible but 1 have to eat subway meal once a week at college. breakfast alpen porridge wid semi skim milk snack fruit lunch tuna sandwich snack special k cereal dinner 1 chapati with salad n lentils

best of luck, set small goals like losing 5 kg n thn reward urself wid new dress/jeans. m like u kinda, i cnt exercise coz heart beat goz out of control m just dieting eating clean. av lost 3.5 kg so far n happy about that bt havent dropped a jean size yet. i had 1.5 stones to lose nw only 1 stone hope it will go away…

m 5 feet tall goal weight 46 kg or 101 lbs. so i think you should be 96 lbs if you wana b skinny n b able to wear uk size 6 as we are both petite 8 and 1o are too big for us. if you just wana lose fat thn 104 is f9 for you

hi it depends on ur height m 5 feet n av dropped 6 lbs n 1 jean size am bottom heavy. so the taller you r the more you have to lose in order to see weight loss. taller mean above 5.4

dont ever eat less thn 1200 calories bcoz last year i was at 56kg n all my sis n frnds were like yuck ur only 5 feet tall n 56 kg so i got sick n started 800 calorie diet nw after a year i gained most weight back like upto 55 kg. i sometimes het heart palpitation (fast heart beat) so i'd advice every1 never go below 1200.…

i eat when i am bored. today i feel like eating too much but i am going to stay within my caloric limit. so far av eaten 1125 calories just 75 more i'll eat a weight watcher yoghurt for 44 calories n then suma else for 25 mayb some veg

stay with your calorie goal of 1240 coz you'll lose more than 2 lbs in the begining, my calorie intake is 1200 m only 115 lbs n goal weight is 97 lbs. i eat 1200 calories a day n still losing 1 kg a week so it might slow down after 3 4 weeks coz i always lose weight quickly if i go below 1500. m only 5 feet tall as well n…
