Ladies 5 feet and shorter...

What is your net calorie number and goal weight? I'm 4'11" and I was wondering what other people my size are doing. I have not much luck so far with losing anything, weight or inches, except my confidence.

    I'm a little taller than you, but I net around 1600 for maintenance at 110 pounds. I net 1300 for weight loss

    I'm small framed but highly active.

    There are a lot of groups for petite women on here where you might get better answers. Looks like the forums are a little dead tonight.

    I'm five foot dead and I lost ALOT of weight a while back but it's only been this year that I started strength training and that changed my shape.
    I maintain my weight of 106 pounds by eating 1400 calories plus my exercise calories so around 1600-1700 cals.

    I am 4'11 and currently 131.8lbs and I am trying so hard to get to 120lbs. I eat 1500 cals daily. I do strength training 3 days a week and cardio 2 days a week. I am losing slowly but I refuse to lower my cals anymore because I get HANGRY on anything less than 1500:)

    I'm 5'0", healthy weight according to BMI (128lbs) but trying to drop body fat percentage. I use the TDEE method, so I don't log exercise, so not sure what I'm netting. On non-lifting days, I'm eating around 1550kcal, and on weight lifting days it's about 1650-1700kcal.

    m 5 feet n weigh 140.5 lbs. my goal weight is 105 lbs by 12th September. i lose n gain th same weight starting exercise today whr i'll burn around 350 calories n eat 1700 calories each day. iv also usd n online weight loss predictor which tells how long it will take you to lose weight. good luck with your weight loss
