no you really need to make your calories higher i think that might be the problem

Sadly i dont have any pics im on my last week have 3 days left then im done!! il be doing a 2nd round i love the results you dont really lose any weight but you lose alot of inches ive lost about 10+ inches the thing is it makes you really hungry so keep fueled up and save you biggest meal for after the workout

i tried for 3 weeks i lost 6lb it really changes your thought on food now i dont do the diet 100% but i now rarely eat bread i noticed that its not very feeling still makes you hungry after awhile...when i was on it id be so full with veggies and meat and at the end of the day id only have eaten 900cals i know you should…

i did recovery today its crazy how you can sweat so much just by stretching and man do those pulses hurt my weigh in is in 2 days

i do 6 days straight then on sunday im free and my workouts are very intense sometimes leaves your muscles hurting but i still workout the next day i see the pain as a sign of hard work
