Muscle weight gain
I was wondering if any of you have experienced more weight gain from weight training. I lift weights and I notice I gain weight more from muscle. I'm guessing because i have high levels of testosterone. It's been really frustrating to lose weight. I'm wondering if il ever lose some fat. My body is the same I feel stronger…

I haven't had my period in almost 5 months. No I'm not prego. Anyone else that find that they don't have their period for long periods of time. No pun intended. If so how long haven't you had one??

Has anyone went to baker to get there nursing degree? really curious cuz im thinking of going there seems faster then having to be stuck on a waiting list forever as some other college. If you did...did you take the COMPASS test? Is there set requirements that you need to get on it to get in??

I have pcos so it says i should keep my carbs below 20g but thats hard so i do below 50g but its so hard to eat more then 800 or so a day. How do i eat more calories but still stay low carb? HELP!!!
