I have insulin resistance and possible pcos and I usually eat between 50-100g or carbs/day and I've been losing weight quite well so far

Fats don't have carbs and take a huge chunk out of cals. For example, a tbsp of olive oil is 100 or so calories. I cook meats in oil when I pan-cook them, I marinade in oil and spices and then grill, roast veggies in oil, use oil based salad dressing, etc.

Fat might be your best bet. Make sure you're not still trying to hold back on eating fat :-) The influence of the past 30 years is hard to ignore.

Fats are your friend. Butter, coconut oil, eggs and bacon. Just a few of my favorites.

I'm with everyone here on adding more fat, but not so much on just adding oils. Unless you're eating the fat by the spoonful, odds are you aren't getting it 100%, ie, most of the oil on your salad ends up at the bottom of the bowl, and unless you lick the bowl, you're not gonna get all the calories.
This is why I recommend more bacon.
Bacon-wrapped chicken breasts. Bacon wrapped salon fillets. Bacon wrapped asparagus. Bacon is pretty much perfect for increasing your fat and calorie intake, and it sure as hell tastes a lot better than any oil.

Of course there are other options than just adding oil, it's called an example :indifferent:
Avocado is a great option too, as are nuts and of course, butter. All are calorie dense with good, healthy fats
