For me its either got paleo and eat low carb or go low fat vegan and eat a lot of carbs. I know there both opposites but they both work. Its all about the willpower.

So far grape nut cereal with mango and almond milk. Later I think il have a whole baby watermelon and 2 slices of vegan pizza

I just started week 7 and workout 7 kicked my butt especially the push ups

Yeah I got my first period when I was 18 and since then I probably haven't gotten 10 periods yet

Workout 5&6 are much harder but I've noticed that I've gotten way stronger since it's been building up to this. After you get into it after a week it gets easier again.

I got my mind off it buy exercising and dieting. Also enjoying things you can only do when your single :) Just think of being a better person so when they see you again you can go tell them to suck it!

We'll if you like you could just exercise a bit more then you can have your carbs I went paleo for 4 months and exercised some days my carbs we're 30-75 some days I went 150 and more. Lost about 20lbs

If your trying to go low carb you should probably stay away from plantains

I know your pain. I wonder if there will be a point where il stop losing inches or eventually force the weight off some how.

I'm on my last week of phase 1 starting phase 2 next week :) Brings great results. I do hate the cardio so I do T25 or Insanity on those days.
