Girls don't get bulky by lifting weights unless you up your calories majorly. I have the same problem wide shoulders and fat tummy but lifting mixed with cardio start to make my body even out.

Hey I'm also new i started Monday only using the formula1. This is my first time using herbalife,I'm giving it a test run and If it goes well then il continue. I'm hoping to lose 40 in 4 or 5 months before my birthday in May. Feel free to add me , anyone who active on herbalife, I finding it difficult to higher my calories.

Yes, I know exactly what you mean. Its like when i see weight loss i eat something bad like as a reward almost. So the way I avoid doing that is by weighing myself once every 4 or 5 weeks then cheating one day wont be so bad. Instead of weighing every week and cheating every week. Its really a mind game.
