BONES!!

I have a quick question is it normal if your bones keep popping during a workout like if im jumping or something..it doesnt hurt it just makes sounds and im kind of worried that it might effect me in the long run

If there is no pain accompanied with the popping, I wouldn't worry too much. A lot of that is just the joints releasing built up nitrogen or the tendons moving across the bone.
