I have it i lost 52lbs and still counting if you cant burn almost everything you ate then counting carbs is the way to go :)

maybe lowering your carbs will do the trick yeah i would say calories dont matter but you really need enough to keep your body working properly and yes if your going over on your saturated fat that is a bad thing but if its the monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats are good for you :D hope you figure things out
