  • I drink water, unsweet tea (with a packet of sweet n low), crystal lite. You can also make a infused tea at home. You can cut up fresh fruit to help flavor your tea with out all the sugar. I like it with peach, strawberry, blackberry.... You can also add lemon or lime....Have fun experimenting. :happy:

  • Yes. We have one in our workout room at my apartment complex. You can set it for many different levels from beginner to intermediate to advanced. The levels of each one allows you to increase your endurance and have varying levels of difficulty.
