Hi, Sounds like how I felt after my c-sections. NO core at all! If you can stomach it (lol) start with postpartum excercises like these ones: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sbA0hJxH4uo , they will help you slowly and gently work your way back. You want to go slow - don't risk a hernia!

Aw this is sweet. I have to say though, I have some friends who are struggling with their weight, and they don't need me to tell them. They already know, I can tell. Everybody needs to go on their own journey in their own way.

I haven't gotten my discs yet, but I am hoping to have the energy to stack on a couple of JMBR weights workouts a week - I've worked really hard to build to a certain strength level I don't want to lose.

^^this is what I am going to do as well, since I am on my last ten pounds, but I am also adding a bedtime protein shake because I workout after dinner. So maybe more like 1400, or maybe I will "borrow" some calories from earlier in the day. I'll need to see how I feel. But I need that post-workout shake. I find the carbs…

JMBR is awesome! the only reason I am switching it up is because I have done it twice through. She starts you up really slow but ramps up the intensity every two weeks for 3 months, so by the end you are in crazy shape and don't know how you got there.
