  • In my experience alpha gives you more fat burn, I feel like beta gives more muscle. I don't think doubling up would kill you. But don't crazy and injure yourself, slow down if your body says to right?

  • Yay! Let's see...I have made it through alpha, my best tip is to take it 30 seconds at a time, use Tania as the modifier if you need to. Also I had good success following the food plan. This one is really diet-dedendant. Good luck!

  • Don't worry too much about the scale - my weight has been bouncing all over the place, but every time it eventually settles on a new low. In week 5 of alpha, now down 6 lbs. With the help of lower carb. I find even my measurement fluctuate up and down!
