  • Hello, Blaise. we have recently become friends on this group. I wish you all the success in your Goals that you can ever dream for yourself. On the good days, enjoy them. On the down days, know you are never alone and that people are on your side and are their for support. We are here for each other.
  • I have been weighing every 10 days. not sure why that number. I have just re-starting monitoring my weight again and it feels right. For me, I'm afraid of falling into the weight 'trap' of putting too much pressure on the 'number'.

  • For me, I expect to weigh in monthly. I know my weight fluctuates and daily or weekly may not show enough to keep me interested. Everyone is different
