This is pretty much exactly how my workout goes....I'm going to switch it around and try warm-up, then my strength-training, and then my major cardio workout....see how i'm feeling after all of it in comparison to my normal routine....

I like doing interval training....I'll walk a tenth of a mile to warm up, and then run at a "leisurely pace (for most avid runners)" until I find it's difficult to carry on a conversation....then I walk a tenth again, catching my breath, drinking some water, and then start running again...I find (for my body and skill…

I do the opposite of you....I workout more that I "diet" (though I definitely watch what I'm eating)....I know for my body to truly get to the place I want to be, I need to up my game when it comes to my "diet."
