I don't know about losing weight...but it definitely helps tone things up! And that was only doing about an hour long class once a week! If you really want to do yoga for weight loss, I'd thing maybe a power yoga...Jillian's extreme yoga or something like that. I have that one and it is hard!

I had my period stop once in college, went I cut fat drastically out of my diet. My doctor told me that fat is what carries the hormones and you need some in your diet! Course, I didn't really miss my period, but I like things to work like they should be working!

I watched it, it was not helpful. It wasn't 5 different food, it was 5 types of food and it was extremely long! Just someone else said, it was stuff like artificial sweetners, wheat or maybe soy products, stuff like that!

You could always ask your doctor too, instead of the nutritionist. Or cut them out for a day or two and add one at a time, maybe 3 days in between adding a new one and see if that helps, or helps you identify which is bothering you the most
