It really depends on what you are doing fitness wise. If you are a bodybuilder you need your bodyweight or more in protein. If you are just trying to lean out you need 60-100 depending on your body type. Everyones needs are different.

Deff a pre-work out snack! something with carbs for energy. Throw in some protein in there, doesn't have to be anything big. A banana and a protein shake will work. If you are doing strength or lifting weights you'll want to bring a protein shake with you for right after work out as well.

Jillian Michaels all the way! Her workouts get results fast! I buy them off Amazon for like 5-9 bucks a piece. I have all of them except Shredded with weights and extreme shed shred. If you are a begginer I highly recomend starting with 30 day shred. Then move on to Ripped in 30.
