• "Crap food" is really full of salt ~ so my guess is some of the "gain" is the fluid retention that comes with too much sodium. And "crap food" usually has little or no fiber to it, so it literally hangs around in your body longer. Get back on the good food horse and drink loads of water. I'm betting in a week or so you'll…
• I officially weigh myself every other Sat. I jump on the scale off and on during the day and I have seen HUGE weight flucutations. (up to 6 pounds). I am on the 1 pound a week plan (I'm in the school if it comes of slow, then your body won't know) so weighing weekly would be a tad depressing. Been here a month and have…
• If I exercise at lot on one day, I am really very physically hungry the next day, if I don't eat some of my exercise calories.
• Not nuts. Percise!
• I still weigh and measure most things. The only thing I'm not measuring is the milk in my coffee because after a week of using 1/2 cup of whole milk, I pretty much figured, I need 1/2 cup of whole milk to color my coffee.
• Ah, to someday being "onederful". I've only lost 5 in month (which is on track for me sinice I picked the 1 pound a week plan). You really cannot see any body size changes but I'm trying to focus on the other changes, like: Most days, I'm okay with my 1600 calorie level. I thought I'd be starving. I had "out food" during…
•
Thanks ... haha the man I acutally married in that dress, dumped me from 5000 miles away because 'I gained too much weight and he couldn't find me attractive anymore" Which jumped started my weight loss ... lol in a healthy way though thank god! jerkface! lol
Hey, you are talented ~ not many people start…
• Hot cereals like Multi-Grain-Hot-Cereal-w-Flaxseed and Soy http://www.hodgsonmill.com/roi/673/Cereals--More/Multi-Grain-Hot-Cereal-w-Flaxseed--Soy-01044.htm If you look at the nutrion label you'll see 6 grams of fiber and 7 grams of protien. http://www.hodgsonmill.com/servlet/com.gcm.servlet.GeneralMessage?detailID=109845…
• Bump the jam, bump get the parhty started. Now if I could get one of my 750 calorie a day buddies to read this. Good work.
• Awesome! I agree with other posters, I think you are at or near the end of the journey.
• I use the Teddie Natural PB without salt because it is "sloopy". When it is "sloopy" it is way easier to spread. I melt a 100 calorie Trader Joe's Dark Chocolate and then mix in 1 tablespoon of sloopy PB ~ like a reeses but way better tasting for slightly less than 200 cals.
• Congrats. The "frugalista" in me just loves that!
• So far, generally supportive comments. Well, this is a surprise. A pleasant one. I think people who keep their diary totally public are very, very brave. I only open my diary to by MFP friends (who are all probably saying to themselves "gawd that girl loves eggs" and "wow, with that much fiber, she must be Ms Regular" and…
• When I've done a lot of work one day, I am starving the next day. So I've done a bit of 48 hour calorie average. I don't always eat all of the exercise ones because I don't quite believe the numbers I've been given for the exercise. But I do eat some of them. I think your plan to replish yourself with some extra on an…
• It takes me an hour or so to eat. (I graze in the morning) But I loves my breakfast.
• Congrats. I'd like to see hit the ONEderland this year too. Here is a little boogie wonderland in celebration! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_jLGa4X5H2c&feature=related Dance, dance, boogie ONEderland!
• Cracking 200. Awesome. I'm inspired to follow you there. Congrats!
• I too am shocked by the levels of sodium in things. (Especially "sweet things"). I think I'll be breaking out my breadmaker out of storage soon.
• I had an evillllll gal boss who when asked by me if I could work at home for 1 day a week, asked me "Won't your refrigerator distract you?" She was a jerk in many ways beyond this one.

• Don't cry. It is too hard to keep hydrated. Our bodies are mysterious things and sometimes are stupid and slow. You could be simply retaining water. (How's your sodium level? I'm having huge problems keeping mine under the 2500mgs) Or perhaps you haven't as my kids used to refer to it "haven't gone boom boom" yet. I…
• Congrats on the new wardrobe. I look forward to the part II of the story when you tell us that these new pants are now too loose.
• Great Story!
• I would go with "Tester Error" Here is an article about measuring fat percentages: http://www.ehow.com/how_4904940_test-body-fat-percentage.html Personally, I'd only be interested in being tested by the dunk yourself in water method.
• Part of this process is to make a "new normal". It takes time. If you're a carb junkie ~ then become a whole grains carb junkie. I started journaling the food on June 26th. I'm not worrying too much about exercise for another week or two. I'm trying figure out what I can eat, that is healthy and is satisfying. I found that…
• Depending the weights of your kids, you could use them, (in playful way of course) as weight lifting. Sit on the couch, have the older one sit on you feet, hold your calves, and do leg lifts. Lay on your back, and raise the younger one, like you are bench pressing. Go outside, when weather allows, and play "chase me, chase…
