I have tried WW several times in the past and would loose a few pounds, but would gain it back once I got tired of paying for it and stopped logging. I really like MFP better because I know how many calories and the break down of everything I'm eating.

My GW for now is 160 or so... Once I get there I will see how I feel and if I want to go lower.

I normally spend 250-300 per pay period. (My husband gets paid on the 1st &15th) Since we are really starting to change how we are eating, I think I'm going to start going once a week, that way I don't have fresh stuff going bad. Yeah the way that artical describs the neck tightening and causing a headache is EXACTLY what is happening. I guess I need to knock it down a notch. Thanks for the info =)

I tore my house apart looking for the band for my HRM. We recently moved and I have no idea where it ended up lol. I guess I will invest in a new one =) I'm feeling pretty good! My legs already feel somewhat sore, but it's a good feeling! Ready for tomorrow!

Just got done with the fit test, and all I can say is WOW! I think I'm going to go back and do the last 3 exercises over again. I tried getting it done before my kids woke up, but they go up earlier than normal and made it difficult to concentrate on what I was doing. Good luck everyone =)
