Oh yeah I forgot! It made me mean as hell I was so depressed and emotional I cried for no reason and argued with my Girlfriend for nothing and my sex drive was low and I have never had this problem!!

Yes I tried this pill and it almost killed me!! I had to be rushed to the Hospital my blood pressure was so low and my heart was palpitating! My Mother happen to be home when I came out of the Bathroom and fell into her arms so she called 911. I may have died if she wasn't home. I passed out also and forgot my own Name…

You can use your Hrm and it counts the calories burned!! I usually burn around 500-800 depending on how much I give it!! Hrm tells it all!

I did Phentermine for about 2 months and had to be rushed to the E.R. by Ambulance!! I will never take those deadly pills again! My pressure was real low! And I became severely dehydrated yet I was drinking water weird nut true!!! So now I am doing it the healthy natural way and I am losing more!!! Be careful please!

I don't know for sure but I can say I gain weight if I eat really late at night or I don't lose at all. That's why I have My Dinner at Lunch time and eat light before going to bed and I have done this on and off for 2 yrs and I am down almost 157 pounds. So I do better with this!

Going Great!!! Already got in 60 ozs. of water with at least 60 more to go!! Just got back in from my 10 Mile walk!! Now on the way to Zumba at the Gym and get some Cybex in Skinny Saturday you rock!!!:love:

This is sort of like the reverse diet and that is how I eat too!!! I eat a bigger lunch small dinner and my breakfast. And I lose weight fast but not 5 pounds a week mostly 2 or 3. And I have kept mine off since 08 and still losing. I keep my meals balanced and get my proteins in always.

Please don't do this diet!! I lost over 151 pounds through exercising and eating healthy!!! My aunt almost died doing this diet it is not worth it!!

I believe it! I wore my hrm on my wrist my friend the instructor let me and I burned 918calories. And before when I was bigger it was 1173 so it's true!!

Yes and I love it!! I love the walk and jogs and also doing the planks and arm exercises!! the Fit Coach is AWESOME!!! I lost 8 pounds just doing the Wii alone the first week!! It is fun!

I agree with Olivia! All Foods are not created equal. You may eat 3 cheeseburgers 3 fries and 2 apple pies daily but in the end will exercising prevent you from getting Diabetes or Heart Disease? Yes girl mine was the same way!! At 165-168 it stayed I had to go on a fast and then gradually add back light foods then regular foods then I started back losing weight really good! Also I changed my exercises every 5 days. I walk everyday but I always do different Cardio exercises every 5 days! But I will inbox you…

My opinion that's fine the bigger we are the more we tend to lose in the beginning! I lost 14 pounds my first week starting out! So I say as long as you feel good keep at it!!! Great job!!
