I work in a bar and I find all the women say "WOW, you're looking good" but most men are pretty blind to change LOL they dont notice so much - and I've lost 50lbs!! ... or maybe in my case, theyre more interested in getting a beer!

Completed todays challenges! 50 evil ups & downs done plus 100 crunches, sorry but i couldnt do any additional crunches because I'm too knackered! Just finished work and its gone 1am, I'll make up for it tomorrow! My weekly total still stands at 700 crunches. Bed time for me now :yawn:

Completed the poxy 200 jumping jacks, the 21's & woodchops. I also did another 200 crunches today bringing my weekly total to 700 :-)

I just completed an additional mile, did the 3x sets of 21's and the military presses. I was aiming to do 1400+ crunches this week anyways so WOOHOO! I've done 300 so far, gona get another 100 in before dinner :-)

I completed all of this weeks challenges and I walked an additional 5.6 miles (unless the two challenge miles count, then i did 7.6 ... no one ever got back to me on that!) I've also lost 2lbs since last week.
