  • In 2007 i reached 147lbs the stupid way, then within the same year I piled it all back on and then some. The first is a pic of me in 2010 at 210lbs, the second is me at 147lbs in 2007. Right now I am 159lbs, so I'm getting there, slowly but surely with the help of MFP :-)

  • Yeah a tablespoon is normally 15g / 15ml. But i always use these measuring spoons just in case.

  • On that show they also make everyone work off every calorie they eat so that their net is always zero. Don't go by what you see on TV! There's obviously a reason why they don't revisit the contestants 6 months later to see how they're doing!
  • You could set it to lightly active, find out the kcals (which I imagine wont be high enough to cause weight gain damage). Set it back to sedentary and then add the extra "lightly active" kcals manually to the days where you work?   • It's not just the US and Canada, we have some products made by the same brands over here in the UK and I have to make sure I'm selecting the right ones as the UK is generally lower in kcals than the US, Canadian and Australia versions.
