In 2007 i reached 147lbs the stupid way, then within the same year I piled it all back on and then some. The first is a pic of me in 2010 at 210lbs, the second is me at 147lbs in 2007. Right now I am 159lbs, so I'm getting there, slowly but surely with the help of MFP :-)

When I was 16, I was always more interested in men in their 30's, at 16 years old it is certainly a taboo subject! However I turned 18 and fell in love with a 29 year old man. We discussed all the time how funny the age gap was, how people react when they find out about it, how awkward it is telling your family. But more…

Age: 24 (as of a week ago :-( ) Weight: 163lbs Height: 5'5" I'm in a long term relationship, discussing marriage, with 2 step-kids, girls :-). Living in the UK, Chessington to be precise. I started MFP at 210lbs 2 yrs ago and have yo-yoed between 160 and 168lbs throughout the whole journey. Alot of my ol' MFP pals have…

The left hand side ... probs 2 years ago, that's me at my heaviest in a rather unflattering tu-tu! It was a pretty cool party in London - a roller disco night club :-D The right hand side would be me at my lightest in 2007. Love AND hate the pic of me at my lightest, because the pic was taken in my old house where I went…

I work in a restaurant, a tiny little OAP came in, probably about 80+ years old and says to me "so is the food here any good" with humour in his voice, I joked back "well I eat it!" and then he burst out laughing and pointing "yeah I can see that". Then a stranger told him how that was kinda rude. I shrugged it off, put…

Thanks for the advice everyone! I will try not to sweat it and i would LOVE to find out that my scales were out by 10% lol! I shall invest in calipers indeed :-) To the person who said that scales only measure your bf in the lower half of your body, that would make sense to me then as I'm a size UK10 in tshirts and have a…

Hey, thanks for the advice! I always had the intention of doing plenty of cardio in the beginning (which I have been) and then when I'm closer to my goals, say 10lbs away, to then start monitoring my macros and focus on the strength training. Is this something I should have already been doing? I did the 30DS before my…

Are you sure it didnt say one serving was two TEAspoons? That sounds like it would weigh 12gs, never two tablespoons :noway: If it didnt, then i agree with the way to logged it.
-
Yeah a tablespoon is normally 15g / 15ml. But i always use these measuring spoons just in case.

No garlic pudding then?

Also, breast feeding burns mega calories, of which you will need to eat back :-) http://www.ehow.co.uk/about_4598063_many-do-burn-day-breastfeeding_.html

CHOKLIT!!!! CAKE!!! OH MAN I LOVE DE CAKE!

On that show they also make everyone work off every calorie they eat so that their net is always zero. Don't go by what you see on TV! There's obviously a reason why they don't revisit the contestants 6 months later to see how they're doing!

You could set it to lightly active, find out the kcals (which I imagine wont be high enough to cause weight gain damage). Set it back to sedentary and then add the extra "lightly active" kcals manually to the days where you work? I'm considering doing this as I spent a looooong time on MFP down as being "active" - which i…

Hi! I'm currently in Chessington but am always moving and have lived all over Surrey. I've been using MFP consistently for a year now (well, 6 days shy of a year to be precise) and have lost 51lbs using this site with only 12lbs to go to my first goal :-) Feel free to add me - the same goes to anyone else who interested in…

What are quinoa potatoes?

I don't know anything about the HCG diet but when I was 17 years old I ate 500 kcals a day because I heard that was how Nichol Ritchie lost weight *rolls eyes*. I lost 4 stone in 2 months and my hair started falling out, my nails all snapped off and I started bruising easily. Luckily I stopped starving myself before I…

I dislike your photos, particularly the stitched up toes and bruised belly  lol x
-
LOL! I'm praying that comes true!

It's not just the US and Canada, we have some products made by the same brands over here in the UK and I have to make sure I'm selecting the right ones as the UK is generally lower in kcals than the US, Canadian and Australia versions.

I just LOLed at that for a while

I live and breathe for mince pies! I'm also a Christmas lover, I don't think there's a good alternative but I'll be having them anyway and worrying about the damage caused after LOL! Mmmmm mince pies and couvoisier cream :-D There's about 250kcals in a deep filled mince pie and about 230 in a iced top one. But following…
