5'6" :) No formal before/after pics 'cause I only recently got serious about it. At 16-18, I weighed 130-140 and thought I was fat. Now, I have no idea how I thought that. At 19, I gained to 190, and with tiny informal efforts I slowly lost down to 170 at 21, and stayed there until 25 when I got pregnant.

Teenage years, 136 (weighed myself while getting ready 'cause I wanted to look like this forever:

21 or 22, 175, which I'm basically back to now/within the next month. (Not many full-body pics of me at the beginning of my relationship, so I had to go a couple years before baby, but body stayed basically the same in that time)

6 weeks post baby, at 195. Sneak attack during a meet & greet the baby party at my husband's aunt's :)

1 year post baby (1.5 yrs ago), 188. Was stuck within a few pounds +/- here until just the last couple months.

Got serious in June. I am at 179 now, and my tummy size is mostly back to the before pic, plus a baby pouch. Hips are a bit wider than before pic still. I don't have a pic now, but I'll be doing formal before pics when I start 30DS for October. The dress in the last pic hangs on me now! I look ridiculous in it.

Also, if you check out mybodygallery.com there are a lot there, and sometimes you can see the progress pictures that the same person will post across different weights. It's done wonders for my self-image, because I've felt the same 230 lbs all of my adult life, even though I never topped 205, and that was at the end of my pregnancy. Looking at people who weigh the same as me has helped me see what I actually look like. I don't mean to insult anyone who is or was 230, of course, I just thought that that's what 170 looks like. And 180, and 190, and even 130. They all looked the same as 230 to me. Not a healthy viewpoint!

I started to quote someone's photo on the first page and say how fabulous she looked, then decided to go through the thread first. I really wanted to quote everyone's pics. Seriously ladies, these are some fantastic shots of some very hard work! You all rock!! :drinker:

I'm 5'5.5". I just realized I hardly have any full body pics...I need to fix that. But here's my face at various stages from 335 down to the 256 I weigh today. I still have 111 lbs left to go.

In 2007 i reached 147lbs the stupid way, then within the same year I piled it all back on and then some. The first is a pic of me in 2010 at 210lbs, the second is me at 147lbs in 2007. Right now I am 159lbs, so I'm getting there, slowly but surely with the help of MFP :-)
