What UK places provide nutritional info?

I have this list saved as a note on my phone, so that whenever I am stuck out at the shops with friends, I can still go out and have a treat meal at certain restaurants that provide the nutritional information.
I figured I may aswell share this list and maybe others can contribute to my research?
I hope these links will be a nice shortcut also, as most companies seem to deliberately make it impossible to navigate your way around their website to find out the nutritional information for their products.
Just a disclaimer though: can we try and keep this strictly UK? I had issues trying to find these links because for instance - TGI Fridays and Papa John's both provide nutritional information on their websites for the USA restaurants, but the information there is not the same for the UK menus. For some unknown reason, these places do not provide UK nutritional information.
Also there are soooo many BIG restaurant chains elsewhere in the world that are not available to us UKers, and I had to filter through rather a lot of restaurants to dig out the UK ones.
Thank you in advance to those who contribute! I hope this is helpful to someone :flowerforyou:

MARKS & SPENCER CAFE: health.marksandspencer.com/uploads/pdfs/cafe_nutrition.pdf
CAFE ROUGE: http://www.caferouge.co.uk/menus and BELLA ITALIA: http://www.bellaitalia.co.uk/ don't list complete nutritional info on their menus but do indicate which are the lower calorie options: (menus vary between restaurants so you need to choose your location).0 -
Thanks, this is really helpful although I don't have any to contribute0

This is awesome! Was going to say Harvester, but you've already got that on there! Speaking of which I think I might treat myself to a Harvester when I get paid So handy having the calories on the menus there!
Edit: Found one to add
TOBY CARVERY http://www.tobycarvery.co.uk/carvery/
If you hover with your mouse over the different food items in the picture (i.e: turkey, mash potato, etc) it gives you the nutritional info for a 100g serving of each thing. I know that's not overly accurate as you don't know how big your servings will be when you are there, but at least it's something.0 -

OMGEEEE! TOBY CAVERY! My life is complete! ... just need to carry my kitchen scales in my handbag hahaha
Turns out that Harvester are one of the first UK restaurants to print the kcals on the menu! So you dont need to have internet access to know what you're allowed
Went shopping today and noticed I forgot to add my fave, cant believe I left this one out!

The problem is all the chain stores have information because they, basically just reheat preprepared foods (or cook with preprepared mixes).
And the cute local homemade food shops don't because it would be effort for them to nutritionally analyse their menus (which might change on the fly anyway depending on what is going down that day).
Sometimes I dream of making a restaraunt where everything is local, organic etc and yet I estimate the calories for everything on the menu anyway, and it sits right next door to my clothing store where the clothes are not just divided into sizes (8,10,12,16,18) but are also divided into body shapes (hourglass, pear, beanpole, apple) so that for once in my life I could eat out somewhere nice with calories provided and then buy a dress that goes in far enough at the waist *and* accommodates my fat *kitten* :P0 -

I actually live and work in a gastro pub with my fiance. There is no nutritional information available for our chain online but I can work out the ingredients easily because I am able to weigh the ingredients and pair them together with information available on the internet or supermarket packets for the same items. Anywhere could do the same, but choose not to. It becomes a pain when estimating cooking oil or taking into account deep fried foods. Also, although we cook starters and mains from scratch with ingredients, our sauces and desserts are pre-portioned frozen desserts from Brakes Bros. who annoyingly don't provide nutritional information for ANYTHING and they're probably one of the biggest food chain suppliers in the UK :grumble:0 -
I am surprised that it's not illegal for preportioned deserts to have nutrition info on them...0

There was a newspaper article saying that a sticky toffee pudding at a Mitchells & Butlers pub (sourced by Brakes Bros.) is estimated at 700kcals a portion by a nutritional investigator. There's a reason why they dont want to share the info - I really wish it was illegal and then I wouldnt need to carry around a restaurant list lol! xx0 -

I think Harvester should be applauded for this. I hope other restaurants follow suit. I had lunch in a Harvester recently and was really pleased that I could make informed decisions rather than just guessing.0 -
Glad to announce, that a new restaurant has opened up near me AND THEIR NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE ONLINE! WOOOOOHOOO!
