Yes it is very different for everyone, i weight 160lbs and now fit into a 12, but I wore my 16-18's for months & months til I decided to buy new clothes. Clothes sizes is definately the slowest moving thing when it comes to weight loss :-(

It is so lovely, I've given them to more than 5 different people without mentioning that its Quorn and they've all loved it ... only thing is that the high levels of fiber in Quorn take a bit of getting used to! xx
