My HRM arrived in the post this morning ... its nothing flashy, just what I could afford. I've been sitting infront of the TV for an hour with it on and it says my heart rate is 203 average and my highest is 244?!?!?! Surely thats not correct?

In a months time I wish to be 4 stone lighter and a million pounds richer :bigsmile: But ... *sigh* ... reality is harsh! I've lost 20lbs too. Everyone says I look like ive lost weight but I never believe them - I'm sure theyre just being nice. My clothes dont fit any looser and I look exactly the same. The only difference is that when i touch my tummy it feels a little smaller but my legs are still gigantic and are still two sizes bigger…

Open both images in photoshop, copy and past one image on top as another layer. Go to the tab "Image" then select canvas size. Double it and move the second image over to the position. Save as a .jpg xx

Oh yeah, I've just discovered Weight Watchers Jelly, 17kcals for a whole bowl. No added sugar I beleive! I've just made some - orange and peach jelly with 4x tangerines mixed in ... thats my dessert later! nom nom :-)

I dont get sick of it, I quite enjoy it. But one thing I can suggest (that i used to do) is to take a whole day out to cook, portion and freeze stuff, then you dig in. You could write the nutritional content on freezer bags to make it even easier! I pre-portion my cereal, thats the only thing that winds me up to weigh…

Totally agree! I'm never gonna stop eating fruit, its the only thing that stops me from binging! I eat about 7 of my five a day hahaha! I went over my sugar allowance one day with 80g of PEAS!!! Madness! When do you hear people going "Oh no peas for me! I'm watching my figure" LOL xx

MEEEE! I try and only buy ingredients! i.e. if something has an ingredients lable on .. then this is no good. I try and make EVERYTHING myself. The only things I cannot make myself are flours, sugar free squash, extra light mayo. I realise the squash and extra light mayo aren't great for me, but I cant live without them…

I was a 34FF and 13 stone. Then when I lost weight before, (without MFP, & I put it all back on) I got down to 10 stone and was a size 32FF, so basically i went down a back size and half a cup size (it goes down half a cup size with every back size). But now I am 13.5 stone and a 36G :-( really cant wait to go down!!

Well! my life is one big food habit LOL for about four years, me and my fella would finish work at about midnight, eat a kebab in bed watching TV and then each eat a 250g bar of chocolate, within 15 minutes we would be asleep! Mentioning this is pretty disgusting! The room would stink of kebab breath in the morning…

I dont understand why you weigh yourself twice a day :indifferent: I got obsessed with weighing myself every morning at one point because i would weigh myself naked, with dry hair, on an empty stomach and make sure i had an empty bladder / bowels, but to then weigh yourself a second time - it can only go up as you drink…

Thanks for the tips guys and nice welcoming comments. I'll stick to avoiding foods and drinks with added sugar and worry less about about fruits that might knock my sugar-gram allowance out!
