I recently went gluten free too due to digestive issues. I don't have Celiac's, but I do have a wheat intolerance. I agree that it's pretty hard since my hubby isn't gluten free! Making two different types of pasta or like Christy said pancakes isn't exactly fun! Amy Houston, TX
