Hey all!
I recently went gluten free because I was having major digestive issues. I have felt better since cutting out gluten, but now I am craving sugar like no other! Also hard when my hubby isn't gluten free. Looking for a good support group to avoid the unhealthy gf options and trying to stick with a much clean eating as possible. Add me!
=) Sarah

    Hi Sarah,
I have been gluten free for 2 years after being diagnosed with celiac disease. Neither my husband or children need to eat gluten free. I find it's cheaper if they don't. I do have them eat GF choc chip pancakes on the weekends so I don't have to make 2 batches. Have you found any Groups for GF on this app? I haven't looked but am going to today. Or we could make one ourselves.

Hey sara ! I'm Kim, Christy is my cousin. I have only been eating gluten free for 3 weeks. Although my reasons are different. It was recomended by a. Naturapathic Dr for. Hypothyroidism hashimoto's to be specific. I would love to learn as much as I can from veteran gluten freebies.( I just made that up )

I recently went gluten free too due to digestive issues. I don't have Celiac's, but I do have a wheat intolerance. I agree that it's pretty hard since my hubby isn't gluten free! Making two different types of pasta or like Christy said pancakes isn't exactly fun!
