I've learned that I can do my cardio faster and longer if I read from my Kindle while I work out. I save my music for the weights, and even then I don't listen to it much.

On any given day your weight can fluctuate 2 lbs. Don't worry about it.

I ordered the DVD today. I'm hoping it's just what I need to shake up my workout routine and help me get rid of the last 5lbs that seem to be stuck on my stomach and thighs. =)

Same here. My drive has bottomed out since I started working out and loosing weight. I don't understand it either! =(

If your concerned about looking good at the gym......you're doing it wrong. I go to the gym to sweat and kick my *kitten*. That's it.

Saturday's are my "free days". I don't log anything in and I generally eat a bit more carbs than usual. I don't go crazy though. During the week I eat fish, chicken, veggies, eggs, etc. Low carb, low carb, low carb. Saturdays are my day for a slice of pizza or a hamburger.

I have worked HARD to get healthy and if that means I can fit in to a bikini....so be it. You an be self-confident at any weight. My FB page has pictures of my at my old weight in a swim suit, so why wouldn't I continue to post pics now? Wearing a bikini while at the beach is nothing to be ashamed of.

I use spinach in my wraps. Chicken, spinach, mushroom, tomatoes, and goat cheese! YUM.

I've been working out since Sept but I've only lost 10 lbs. However, I've gone from a size 14 to a 10, and am about to fit in to a size 8 comfortably. I've lost a lot of inches. I mean A LOT!! I don't pay attention to the scale, I pay attention to how my clothes fit.

I adjusted mine when I lost 5 lbs, and I'll do so again once I lose this last pound!

A calorie at 6am is the same as a calorie at 6pm. If you stop eating at 6pm, you're likely to have a calorie deficit and that's what really matters.

It's not about how much you way, it's about how confident you are. You could be a perfect size 4 and be GORGEOUS.....but it you don't have the confidence or attitude to back it up, no one will be attracted to you. Confidence is sexy.

I love Planet Fitness. I have the "Black" membership and that entitles me to work out at ALL PFs in the country. My BF lives an hour away, so when I visit him on the weekend I use the PF there. PF is pretty bare bones, but that's what I love about it. It has cardio, circuit training, weight machines, and free weight areas.…

Eating a few cookies or crackers isn't going to hurt you if it's a rare thing. It would have been better to eat a few than go hungry!
