Actually, it is hard for me. I'm sensitive to red meat and think peanut butter is gross.

I work out three to four days a week and burn at least 300 calories each time. I'm just not nearly as hungry as I used to be. I used to LOVE cheese, but my taste for it has waned since I've been working out.

I haven't cut carbs out totally. I make a yogurt and berry smoothie every AM for breakfast. I eat vegetables at lunch, dinner, and snack time. I eat some brown rice as part of one meal as well.
