Really helpful stuff- bump!

Um, yes. And, quite honestly, I think it's healthy and normal. As long as you're able to get back on the path, I think a break now and then can actually help. We're all human.

Awesome! You look terrific!

Awesome visual- this really puts things into perspective. I tend to get discouraged and it's hard to see the trend at times. Thanks so much!

So, so motivating! Awesome work! You look terrific!

I love the bread, but where do you find the bagels?

Oops, wrong one. Pretty eyes and blouse!

Impressive Jump!

The answer is yes. It's a straight calorie deficit. I tend to stay on-track a whole lot better, and don't have as many cravings (which lead to eventual binge sessions) if I eat healthy foods, though.

This really got me thinking. I'm definitely going to use my food scale more often now.

www.canyoustayfordinner.com & www.skinnytaste.com are both great.

Phoenix is not the place I'm from. A Phoenix is a unique bird that lived for centuries, after this time destroying itself and then rising from the ashes with renewed youth to live through another cycle. It's symbolic of my journey, and after years of destroying myself, coming alive again.

Love these!

I am a DDD and the only sports bra I have found that I LOVE and that doesn't break the bank is made by Goddess. They are about $35-40 and I highly recommend them. Just google it- they have them numerous places online. I have the one that is white with grey trimming and it is sooo supportive.

I thought Keyless Entry (you know, those clickers for your cars?) were called Key of the Century. Yeah, I was an adult. I asked my dad where his key of the century was.

This makes the most AMAZING orange julius and is very low in calories.... 1.5 C. Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Milk Handful of Ice 1/2 frozen banana 1 packet sunrise classic orange crystal light 1 scoop Vanilla protein

Also, something that I heard here (can't remember who said it), was that when they had these cravings, they had a diet soda and some cottage cheese. I don't know if you drink diet soda (I do), but it definitely helps me to have the sweet taste without the calories. I know people have differing takes on diet soda, but it's…

I definitely agree with Alice_H. I rarely have serious cravings now, but when I do they are usually taken care of by eating protein- greek yogurt, protein smoothie, string cheese & almonds, etc. I've also found, like Alice, that minimizing my sugar intake helps the cravings to go away. If I have a mini-size snickers from…

Just add peanut butter to the banana you had for a snack, and that solves the problem. If I have leftover calories at the end of the night, I make myself a yummy fruit smoothie with frozen fruit and almond milk (around 200 cals). If you have a sweet tooth, buy the Skinny Cow ice-cream sandwiches for dessert after dinner…

I also agree with Sidesteal on this one. I've taken sleep meds in the past, and they have definitely increased the mid-night cravings. Seroquel might be one of them, you'll have to check.

I used to have this problem big-time, but I've found since changing my diet around- primarily staying away from refined sugars and staying hydrated- I've lost the cravings. Also, if you keep the stuff out of the house, it's not possible to snack on them at night. I get that every situation is different, though, and it…

Congratulations! You should be very proud!

Also, in regards to "pizza night," we often make our own pizzas at home. He makes his on dough, and I just make mine on a high-fiber whole wheat tortilla and use low-fat mozzarella with veggies or whatever we have on-hand.

I'm in the same boat in regards to my husband. I grocery shop, so I don't buy any junk that I know I'm tempted by. I know that he loves to have some sort of snack in the house, so I try to find something that he'll enjoy that I don't care for (e.g. cheez-its). Maybe when your husband buys chinese, ask if he'll also stop by…

If you can't do it without binging, avoid it altogether. That's what I have had to do. I hate it, but I don't have the self-control yet to be able to stop at just one serving size. Your aren't "depriving" yourself if you don't have cheetos.

Couple things I try to do.... try a workout video while he/she moves around with you. It's probably not going to be as productive as working out alone, but it's something. Also, when the weather is warmer, I go on A LOT of walks with my son. He enjoys it, and I get the exercise. Sometimes we'll walk to to the park, or to…

I agree with a few people that have commented above. It doesn't seem like you're eating enough, especially if you're exercising.

Goddess sports bras. Google them and order one. I'm very large chested, and these are AWESOME! I'm working out with a trainer doing jump ropes and everything else, and I feel completely supported.

I have a very clingy 2 year-old, and I've found that trying to workout with him is difficult. I either take him on a walk/jog in the stroller outside, or I go to the gym early in the morning while him and my husband are still sleeping.
