I kept my calories at 1500 for the first 65 pounds lost. I eat back my excercise calories, so that was a net 1500. My deficit got smaller as my TDEE decreased along with my weight. I agree - it is misleading. If I'm down from yesterday but haven't reached a new low I record it then immediately go to my page and delete that post so that I'm not being congratulated over and over for losing the same weight. If it is a new low then I leave the post as is!

How about some goals that are directed at toning and more specifics about healthy eating? Like a goal to be able to do xx consecutive pushups, pullup, etc. Or reach a certain amount of protein each day (or be below sodium or sugar numbers). Or eat fruits and veggies every day.
