Moves that don't seem to work?
Does anyone else have a move (or two) on the DVD that don't seem to be all that effective? For me it's the dumbell rows in circuit 2 (level 1 - haven't gotten beyond that). It feels like I could keep doing them forever - no muscle fatigue in either of the 30 second sets.

I just started the 30 DS and I am sore! I've always heard that you should give your muscles a day of recovery if you are doing strength training but I don't really want to take a day off from the program. I've been thinking about getting a fitbit for over a year now and have held off because of the money.
