My feet went up a size when I was pregnant and I was afraid that I'd have to buy new dress shoes when I returned to work after maternity leave. They were a little tight, but now after 2 years they fit fine again. So there is hope!

This happened to me about a year ago. I had to stop wearing sandles and flip flops for a while and could only wear my running shoes (great arch support), low heels for work, or flats if I put in Dr. Sholes arch supports. After a month or so of doing that it healed itself... good luck!

Why is it one or the other? If you are getting up earlier to work out you should be going to bed earlier to accomodate that.

I use the recipe builder then adjust the serving size to what looks reasonable and update the recipe for the proper number of servings. For example, if I make guac and a 1/4 cup is what I'm going to consider a "serving", then I add that to my recipe title and then measure out all of the guac to see how many servings were…

I'm at 3.5/60 as of yesterday. Mostly doing high planks for 60s, but to catch up for the day that I missed I did an extra 30s one too!

I do weigh in every day that I wake up at home - and log it as well. I travel monthly for work so I don't weigh in on those day, and haven't weighed in when I'm away on vacation or for other out of town things. That must be frustrating.... Why don't you print off your food diary for a few representative days so that you can show your doctor what your diet has been like? That may help you have a more productive conversation rather than the Dr. assuming that you're gaining due to bad food choices.
