  • The only reason I joined 24 hr was because I needed access to a pool in the colder months. There's no group or anything but its not usually crowded. Lots of slow swimmers and walkers like any public pool. I used to swim with the master's group at the downtown Y. Doesn't fit my schedule any more but its a great group!

  • NTC Masters Swim posts workouts online 3 days a week. Each day there are 3 distance options ranging from about 2000 - 6000 yds. I usually just print out the most recent one on my swim days to keep things from getting boring!
