Just checking in to let you know I haven't abandoned you. I'm working out of town working 7a- to about 10p (sometimes later) in a time zone 3 hours later. So tired. I feel bigger of course without a scale I have no idea, but I can't fit into one of the pairs of pants I brought. Only have had enough time to exercise 20…

I see some recurring themes in your posts; mindless eating, and trying to get exercise, attitude and food together at once. A suggestion; What is your highest priority to get a handle on? Take that item and find as many ideas/actions that help you, list what makes you fall off that action. Now make it as easy as possible…

on 5/3 I was holding steady at 174.8 (it is substantially up from there today). You can work that .8 off

I do travel a lot. I always intend to use the hotel gym, but then I don't. I have a really hard time when I go to Eastern time. I'm just too tired at both ends of the day. Sometimes I bring an exercise dvd and do ok in my room. Really gonna try to keep the exercise up before I leave so it will be easier to keep going when…

Yesterday took an hour and twenty minute walk burning 600 calories!!, today hour bike ride for 500 calories. Getting a little better. Looks like I will be in town until the middle of May when I'll have to figure how to get in exercise, eat right at a hotel, in a different time zone
-
You and me both, let's figure a way to help each other stay focused. Planning today to start over with more focus- logging.

I am feeling, down, down down. It is so not me. I am feeling so frustrated. I'm working out of town. I used to be good at eating better while gone. This time my portions are too big. Haven't exerciesed even though there is a small gym at the hotel. ugh! Go home tomorrow tomorrow night. Will exercise at least the next 2…

Out of town, no scale, but feel fat.

Woohoo!!!

Not doing that great. Not really exercising. Hubby been making a lot of my meals and measuring goes out the window. Now out of town for work too busy /tired to exercise. No. Weight loss since jan. going to make it hard to meet my 40 lb goal
-
I keep checking. Thought it a little odd you hadn't posted weigh in. At this point not sure where I am in relation to this thread. I think I've gone up and down three months and am currently even with jan 1 weight Stay focused you will get those 3 lbs off.

1 more element to put into your arsenal for next time you are deciding to indulge or not. Is it worth the calories? how will I feel after eating this, both physically and mentally.
-
thumbs up to you!

Can hardly move today. Be fit in 90 might be more like 120 to recover the muscles.
-
did a 35 min be fit in 90 utube video and a 45 min bike ride 738 calories total, make up for 0 yesterday
-
You go Girl!! Doing great. I just barely breathe much less exercise with a migraine.
-
You're doing great with a hurt foot!

I'm up a litlle too. Had lowest loss for a month since I started 16 months ago. .8 lb for the month of Feb. I'm still having trouble getting my exercise done.
-
Took a walk in the hills yesterday. Feeling it in my glutes today.
-
Got to ride my bike yesterday. Only 40 minutes. Been so long since I've been out of town that I didn't want to overdo it. Plan to ride again today.

I, too, weigh daily. I don't update my ticker until a weight has stuck at least 3 days. I have a tendency to update the ticker every 2 weeks. I need to weigh daily so I know if a weight is a swing based on what I ate the day before. I would get so discouraged if I weighed once a week and it was kinda high and I had no data…

I'm in again, thanks

Awesome!

I alternate between being pleased I'm doing so well--now at 12 lbs down over 5.5 weeks, and worried that I can't do it, and being upset with it being so slow. Not consistent, huh? [/quote] You are going about twice as fast as I was (I'm in a little slump right now- from working in Florida when I live in California the time…

Beth you are doing great. Iamslimandfit keep plugging away. fall down stand up, repeat until up more than down (or for weight loss- the other way around). Keep looking for things that lead to success. At some point you will find what works for you and keep adding one thing after another until you are having more successes…
-
Beth, you are doing great!
-
Great attitude to want to exercise while sick, don't overdo!
-
you aren't a quitter by protecting your knees. 30DS killed my knees. I could do it if I didn't do it everyday. I also modified some of the moves including jumping jacks (no jumping). I also found the more often I worked out the stronger I became and could modify less often.

I've been away for work for 2 weeks. no scale. Able to weigh yesterday looks like a point 2 lb loss. may look like more tomorrow some biologic functions were out of wack. Down 2 lbs for the month of January.
