Don't give up. I was having a similar situation. I upped my calories 150 per day and dropped wieght right away. You might want to try it.

I still do wii fit. I just do the one that came with it. I have one of dance ones but it freezes-so no good. I have a bob harper one too, it is a bit strenous

Yep walking and DVDs count. It is pretty much what I do too. I ride my bike when I'm home (travel for work).

30 minute Jillian Michaels yoga DVD. Doesn't sound like much but she makes it aerobic and I am not the least bit flexible.

Took 6 days before I exercised in the hotel room again, but I did it today after buying a Jillian Michaels yoga dvd (she makes yoga aerobic to burn fat)

Try it in the smoothie, if you already like it on other foods you will like it. I started with more fruit less spinach then progressed lowering the fruit increasing the spinach, I now do 2 cups of spinach- depending how much fruit or other greens you put in the spinach is barely noticeable.

I stopped losing on MFP calories (1400) so I upped to 1600. I've used a couple BMR calculators and this should work, Also will be close to what I should be eating when I get to goal. Love nutella, I try to eat only occasionally, but I love chocolate and have some almost every day.

We are similar, I can spend 10 to 18 hours on the computer a day. Exercise is my hardest thing to make myself do. Trying hard to eat clean.

As long as sticking to your calorie goal includes your exercise calories you should be ok. If your exercise is building muscle the muscle is denser (less size to the pound than fat). Looks like you are undereating. I was losing 1/2 to 1 lb a week. Stalled for 2 weeks, added 200-300 calories a day. Lost 2.5 lbs last week.

L2D5. Can do one walking push-up from standing to standing. My granddaughter keeps telling me my stomach is much smaller. I feel good today. Lot's of energy today. Took a bike ride and have moved my average speed from 9.8 ish to 10.4.

You want high volume/low cal foods. Veggies and to a lesser degree fruits. If you think you don't like them start small, apple, orange, carrots. Or try a salad with carefully measured dressing. Without any data (age, food diary) it is hard to say. Some possibilities are: If you are only eating 1200 calories plus exercising, you probably need to up your calories.
