Congratulation, AngelWings and SpringBreeze!!!! :drinker: I wish this thing had a clapper instead of a drinker! Well done, you too! I'm going to work hard this week! There, it's in print.

Looks like everyone killed it this week! Congrats! I, myself didn't do too well. My work schedule was thrown off, which threw everything off for me. Here's to a better week, and again, congrats to those who did so well!!!!

I completed it a couple of years ago, and I'm going to do it again in March. Trust me, you are going to need to take days off to rest your muscles. Have fun! You can do it!!!!

Oh.My.Gosh. This is just so hard!! I'm almost 48 and perimenopausal. The symptoms started 2 years ago. I eat around 1200 cals and exercise pretty regularly. The weight is just not coming off. And now, I have belly fat, which I never had in my life. I've always been at a healthy weight, and always pretty active. This just…

Thanks for sharing your wisdom and experience. I hope to get off the MFP 1200 calorie bandwagon. It's not working for me.

My B-day is Feb 3 also! : ) Yeah, we don't have much time...
-
TOPIC: Why are there so many crabby pants on MFP? Because people are FRIGGIN STARVING!!!!

I'm stoked! Got my ax and I'm ready..... : )

I add it under cardio, because my heart rate gets up there in the cardio range. But that's just me. : /

BUMP for later!

Wow, really clever of you to figure it out, and I admire your dedication! I'm upping the weights too. Nice to get some confirmation from the chair masseuse!

Hey Girl! Sounds like a great plan. I know what you meant about Turbo Jam. It exhausts me also, and I never feel great after. It is VERY hard to keep my heat in the fat burning zones, it gets in the high 150's or 162 tops even with modifications. I'm in the 3rd week of Burn. I like it, but some days I have to force myself…

Carol, II'm so sorry for your irreplaceable loss. I will be praying for you for strength and peace during this difficult holday season. Hugs.:flowerforyou:

Yes, thank you for that. I dread the day I lose my mom, but I will remember your words, a part of her is living in me.
-
I'm sure you will love it! Yes, you might want to add the 10 lb, and later a 15. You can double up the weights and make a lot of combos with those, to get the perfect weight for each exercise.
-
That's great! I wish mine would join me! Does he regularly exercise?
-
Yes, I noticed the same thing with my HRM and BB. The BB was always less. Man, you went allll out on this day, even though you didn't feel like exercising! Great job!!! The Cardio Party Remix is fun, right? : ) Just wish I could get through it without stopping to catch my breath! Anyway, keep up the good work!
-
OMG, are you from MA? I've heard of those same exact names, except for the illustrious Mike Literous!

great idea! I love Turbo Jam and Turbo Fire as well. I love anything Chalene does! Enjoy the PKJ, it is a good one. I too am planning extra cardio, even if it is walking the dog. I'll throw in a few Turbo Jams in there too. : )
-
Great burn! I have to catch my breath too. Just finished Burn Circuit 1, Week 1. Sweating!
-
Yes, that IS a good one! Great job for doing it, I skipped it a lot in the past. I'm just starting the program again today, and am not going to skip the cardio days. I did other cardio, but want to do what Chalene instructed this time around. I have burned 445 cals doing that one, in the past!
-
HI! I LOVE Chalean Extreme! I did the whole program last year, but, uh, kinda skipped a lot of the cardio days. Ha Ha! I love the lifting days though! This time around, I'm committed to the cardio days as well. I do like them, they seem to be a precursor to Turbo Fire. : ) Can I join the group? I was planning on starting…
