I usually use 1 can of tuna...add Pepper, Mrs. Dash (Original Blend), and I throw in some Pico de Gallo (chopped raw onion, tomato, jalapeno, and cilantro). Then mix it all up the Pico de Gallo gives a lot of flavor and moisture... :)
