haha yes I second that...there's no way I can exercise...unfortunately I suffer a lot with mine. They're so heavy and I get lots of pain! It's a nightmare :( But I'm thinking if I'm hungry I'll eat and then I will definately be skipping my next period lol too much hassle! :P

Thanks for all your replies. You all basically summed up what I thought. I think it's supposed to go hand in hand with exercise and is used as a toning mechanism. @jenlawton Yes treats are fine in moderation. Tuesdays aren't the best days for me in sticking to my diet as I'm babysitting my cousin at my grandmas all day and this means treats such as kiddie cakes and a donut even today! But tomorrow's swimming day so I'm thinking it'll balance out :P

@kitmyers. Yes somedays I can do 1200 and then others I find I'm closer 1500 mark. But when I get the chance to exercise properly I find eating back the exercise cals much easier and I seem fuller. Swimming tomorrow :)
