Thank you this is very helpful. I thought there was something wrong with me good to know I am not alone. Frustruatly, when you ask for advise on here and you usually get "well you must not be logging your food correctly"
-
So frustrating how hard it is to lose but how easy it is to gain
-
Coconut Oil or Magnesium are also good for deal with sugar cravings. Just keep telling youself that the first few days will be the hardest.
-
Some great responses thank you. Maybe I am stressing too much about it just trying to get down for my wedding in 3 months. On the positive i do feel much fitter and stronger and it's a good feeling.

How is everyone going?

be careful with Thai food, even the stir frys as they add alot of palm sugar to dishes. I would just have a lighter lunch, more exercise and splurge a bit for dinner, love my Thai!

Just discovered frosty fruits - coconut water and pineapple. Only 60 calories. Perfect on a hot day.

light cream cheese or tomato base

just what I was looking for, going to try tonight

I saw this on kindle yesterday. Sounds interesting but I do not think I could stick to as it is hard enough just cutting out sugar for me.
-
Be careful if you eat past midnight though as you could turn gremlin

Where is everyone going for honeymoons? I am thinking mexico, can anyone give me advice on what area to go to as I am from Australia?
-
boom 10 days now and the weight is finally started to come off.
-
Time to go cold turkey. The first 3 days will be horrible but it gets easier and then you stop craving it. Many people will say just to have a little bit or dark chocolate but this never works for me.
-
Yahoo I have done 8 days straight. Going to see how long I can go for.

Welcome brides, your dates are close to mine. Off to gym shortly to work on my arms, thanking I have puffy tulle skirt to hide behind.

I would think they would be more like 200 calories each? 150 for pb, 50 oats, 50 protein
-
They are great. I am still using mine. Usually do zuchinni and carrot and sub for pasta once a week. I still have a bit of pasta mixed though but instead of 100 grams now only using 20 grams :)
-
I been trying to make my own. This week using, oats, pumpkin seeds, caocao nibs, rice malt syrup, coconut oil and pb2. Blend the crap out of the dry ingredients and then mix in wet. Come out to 200 calories each but only need one.

yum and just spied on that website, cooking dough balls!

Great information aylajane. Interesting on the eating big meals and not snacking. I think this might work for me.
-
I try and eat low carb high protein and avoid fruits and sugars too. I also try and not eat until as late as possible in the morning as once my system is "switched on" I need to eat every 2-3 hours and hard to keep under 1400 calories.
-
Cookie dough, PB or choc chunk. Lately have been trying to make my own, with chia, protein powder, caocao, coconut oil etc. Not as good as store bought but much cheaper and healthier.
-
Try Quest bars, high protein and only 160 calories (less if you only eat half). I usually keep one in my handbag for when my blood sugar starts dropping. It is a horrible feeling.

Where is everyone getting married? I am getting married in park on the beach hoping it won't rain.
-

-
