Easy low carb gluten free breakfast: 1/4 flaxseed 1 egg pinch baking power & salt 1/4 oil (olive/coco) mix in mug and micro for one minute Then you can top how you like or if you wish to make sweet add stevia/maple/cacao etc Mine came out at 280 calories but super filling and quick for a breaky in 5 minutes.
