    My doctor tells me to eat dark chocolate regularly because of the antioxidants in it. She also says that's not a reason to have a diet of all dark chocolate...yes, I asked the question.

    Chocolate should be it's own food group.

    I enjoy 85% fair trade, organic dark chocolate every day! It was really bitter at first, but now it tastes like a sweet, creamy treat!
