Finding it strange that I have not yet lost any weight even water weight.

I am eating, eggs, meat, cheese, nuts and low starch veggies (under 20 net carbs)

I was lowish carb to start with (under 100 grams) but have put on 5 kilos in last couple of months that I was trying to shed. Any ideas? anyone else have the same problem?

How many carbs are you eating? Not the net carbs?

Weigh your food for accurate calorie count, and don't be afraid to eat. I would cut out the nuts. Some people have issues with nuts causing stalls. I can only see 3 days of your food diary and from that I suggest no nuts, upping calories and avoiding hidden sugars in proceded foods and drink LOTS of water, that's essential.

I don't believe the carb count is accurate in your diary. You have many entries that list Total Carb 0g and then Fiber 3g, for instance. That's simply not possible. And if you're going off of net carb entries, then not all of your diary is consistent which leads to your end-of-day count's inaccuracy. Use entries that have actual total carb and fiber counts and download a net carbs script that will give you an additional column with your net carb intake for each meal and for the day's total.

You should invest in a food scale and track absolutely everything that you eat by weight. They cost $11-$20 When you enter a recipe, for instance, weigh the pot before everything is added. When it's done cooking, weigh the pot again. 100g can be a portion size and you can customize it from there.

How much water have you been drinking? Are you adding in condiments or cooking aids to your diary (oil, butter, mayonnaise - some people don't do this even though they're full of calories)?

i know my diary is not accurate but was just going by eating the right foods - plently of meat, low carb veggies, nuts cheese etc and avoiding sugar and processed foods. I do have a scale so maybe I will try this week to weight everything and see where I was going wrong. Maybe my veggies have more carbs then I thought.

thaniks for your input just frastrating as was expecting a lose and to get nothing was very dissapointing.

Water intake is fine, always been a big water drinker.

Smart. Track super-carefully. You still need a calorie deficit, and it's pretty easy to blow past your calorie goal with a little oil here, an extra ounce of steak there, etc.
