Atkins products on induction?

Can I eat these products on induction? Just picked up the chocolate shake and was thinking a good arvo snack or dessert option.

    I've noticed most Atkins products state on the package what phase they can be used in. Although a product may say it can be used during induction, it may cause your weight loss to slow down. I currently eat about 50 carbs per day. I have a shake almost every morning, and I am losing just fine. My favorite is the chocolate Royale.

    oh yes there it is "All Phases"

    I know not preferable to fresh food but good for convience

    I also like the farmhouse breakfast bowl. Its a frozen meal. I add extra cheese to it. Its so good. I do not like the other breakfast bowls.
